Warren Williams, the principal at the Warrenton Group LLC, and owner of 1547 Seventh Street NW. will be on hand at the April 27 CCCA meeting to discuss his current plans for the property at the corner of 7th & Q Street NW. The December 2009 illustrations, above and below, are provided by the firm Bonstra Haresign which is working on the project. Mr Williams is also eager to discuss the concerns that local neighbors have had about the property.

The owner has been working closely with DPW, by way of the Mayor's Office, to keep the property clear of graffiti, which is a constant problem in the area.
