Please come out and meet the neighbors who seek to represent residents and business owners in the Convention Center Community Association Area as Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners. Take this unique opportunity to speak with the candidates about your concerns and listen to their positions on the important issues that face our community and how they seek to address these issues.

An effective and engaged ANC would make it unnecessary to endlessly vent frustrations about serious community issues on list servs. Responsible commissioners would also serve as competent and reliable liaisons with other elected officials, agency directors and MPD to address issues related to schools, development, crime, trash, etc.
