Francisco Fimbres, from the Mayor's Office of Community Relations and Services, supervised the DPW staff and contractors cleaning up the extensive graffiti around the Kelsey Gardens building this morning which has been an eyesore for months. It's hard work treating the vandalism with toxic chemicals and power washing it or, otherwise, painting over it. The culprits should be caught and forced to do the clean up with their toothbrushes and tears.
