Labor Day weekend has a new twist this year in the District: early voting begins Saturday at locations all around the city. You can even vote on Labor Day. And, you can vote at these early voting sites from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm until September 11th.

Vote Early

Beginning on Monday, August 30 from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, any voter can cast a ballot at:

Current Status: Polls are closed.

Beginning on Saturday, September 4 from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, four additional early voting locations will open:

5601 Connecticut Avenue, NW

Hine Junior High School
335 8th Street, SE

Southeast Tennis and Learning Center
701 Mississippi Avenue, SE

Turkey Thicket Recreation Center
1100 Michigan Avenue, NE

Please note that early voting centers will not be open on Sunday, September 5 or Sunday, September 12. Voting locations will be open on Monday, September 6 (Labor Day).

You can request an absentee ballot by printing this form. Requests for a mailed absentee ballot are due Tuesday, September 7.
