February and March DC Council Oversight Hearings

During February and March, there will be about 40 public hearings for nearly every DC Government agency. Individuals, Advisory Neighborhood Commissions, and associations are allowed to testify at these oversight public hearings; inidividuals are given 3 minutes to submit oral testimony while representatives from organizations are allowed 5 minutes. Written testimony is also encouraged.
